Appointments are an important part of your treatment, as time has been reserved specifically for you. Please arrive on time for your appointment as we strive to remain on schedule. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule. We request a 48-hour notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment, failure to show for an appointment or canceling with less than 48-hour notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment, and we appreciate your cooperation.
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Please inform us of any changes to your insurance coverage. We accept most all insurance plans and will be glad to file your claim on your behalf, however, please contact your insurance plan to verify if Dr. Jennings is a part of your dental network prior to your appointment.
